Heather March is the UK casting director behind the revolutionary, award-winning Dove ‘Real Women’ campaign.

“With over 10 years casting experience, I was at the forefront of street casting & launched my own company in Feb. 2003. Specialising in challenging briefs, I carved out a niche scouting unusual faces & was responsible for ads including Vauxhall Zafira’s long-running ‘Little Dads’.

I work with Europe’s leading creative agencies including Mother; AMV; BBH; Ogilvy; Publicis; DDB; VCCP; Grey; RKCR/YNR; Saatchi Y& Saatchi; WCRS; Draft FCB; M&C Saatchi on brands including Vodafone; Tesco; Vauxhall; ITV; Levi’s; UBS; Channel 4; Natwest; T.Mobile, Frank; MTV; BT; Habitat; Sony; Guinness; amongst hundreds of other major brand campaigns.

Working with a network of street-casters ensures we can work on larger projects with tight deadlines and are able to cast both regionally & internationally. In addition to street-casting, we can take on more traditional acting & modelling briefs. Years of street casting have led to a healthy database of “real” models, which can be accessed by clients when searching for a new face.
